Review summary

Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews

A minimalist city base for independent, budget-conscious travelers.

This property serves as a functional home base for sightseers seeking a modern, minimalist environment in the heart of the city. Its prime position in Olbia pairs with a cleanliness of common areas that appeals to those prioritizing a tidy, no-frills stay. While the responsive communication from the remote team offers efficiency for many, guests looking for a more traditional experience may prefer booking a room on the upper floors to minimize noise.

Some guests mentioned: uncomfortable mattresses, inadequate acoustic insulation, inconsistent air conditioning.
