Review summary

Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews

This establishment's prime location directly near the boardwalk and beach is its most notable feature, making it a convenient choice for budget-conscious travelers and those prioritizing immediate beach access. While its proximity to the ocean is consistently praised, guest experiences regarding the overall stay are highly varied. Many visitors found the rooms to be significantly below expectations in terms of cleanliness and general upkeep, with numerous reports of maintenance issues. Feedback on the staff was also mixed, ranging from helpful and friendly to rude and uncooperative. Parking, when available, often incurred an additional fee and was a source of frustration for many. To ensure a more comfortable stay, guests are advised to bring their own towels and linens, and to set realistic expectations regarding the condition of the accommodations.
