Review summary

Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews

This hotel is a rustic retreat best suited for budget travelers and solo travelers seeking an isolated, "country" setting. The property's key feature is its convenient proximity to the airport, making it ideal for those with early flights or layovers. However, guests should be aware that basic amenities such as heating and hot water are frequently reported as absent or non-functional, and overall cleanliness, particularly in communal areas like the kitchen, is a significant concern. While some individual staff members have been noted as helpful, the overall consensus points to a severe lack of customer support and responsiveness from management. For a more comfortable stay, consider bringing extra blankets and confirming all amenities are functional upon arrival.
