Review summary

Summarized by AI from 80+ reviews

The hotel is highly regarded for its natural hot spring baths, offering guests 24-hour access to a relaxing onsen experience. This, combined with the exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff, creates a welcoming atmosphere that many guests appreciate. The hotel is particularly well-suited for skiers and snowboarders due to its close proximity to the slopes and ropeway station, making it convenient for winter sports enthusiasts. Couples and families also find it appealing, enjoying the delicious meals and the comfortable common areas equipped with games and a fireplace. While the hotel offers an affordable stay, some guests note its older facilities. To enhance your visit, consider booking dinner at the hotel's restaurant, as the food receives consistent praise, and be prepared for a short uphill walk to the entrance, especially if arriving with luggage during snowy conditions.
