Review summary
Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews
A practical, no-frills base for travelers passing through.
This hotel serves as a functional stopover for budget-conscious travelers seeking a central location. Downtown Oroville sits alongside a convenient parking arrangement that allows for direct vehicle access to rooms. The front desk team is often praised for their responsiveness, and guests looking for extra space may want to request one of the rooms featuring hardwood flooring. However, the property struggles with significant maintenance and cleanliness issues that frequently impact the guest experience, making it a better fit for short-term transit needs than for extended stays.
Some guests mentioned: pest issues, inconsistent breakfast, dated furnishings.
