Review summary

Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews

A historic lakeside retreat for culture-focused travelers.

This hotel offers a charming base for sightseers seeking an authentic atmosphere in the heart of the city. An unbeatable location on the banks of Lake Pichola pairs with a rooftop restaurant that provides memorable sunset dining. Guests often praise the spacious layouts and firm, comfortable beds found within the traditional rooms, and those seeking a more atmospheric experience should request a unit with window seating. While the property captures a unique historic charm, the inconsistent service and infrastructure mean it is best suited for those prioritizing location over modern amenities.

Some guests mentioned: unreliable Wi-Fi, steep stairs, inconsistent service.
