The rooms have been described as cozy with ample space and comfortable beds. The furnished balconies are also spacious and offer beautiful views of either the ocean or the lagoon. Housekeeping keeps the rooms clean and tidy each day.

The hotel provides a range of services and amenities to meet all your needs. On-site shopping means that you can easily pick up gifts for family and friends. For a bit of pampering, the full spa service offers massages, aromatherapy, and hydrotherapy. You can relax by the pool or on the private beach, or mingle with others in the game room which features board games, pool tables as well as a DJ.

You can expect the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome, to provide assistance and to meet your requests where possible. Whether you are by the pool or on the beach, staff will bring you drinks. A variety of freshly prepared food is also offered and if you require any change the chefs are amendable to preparing dishes to your specifications.

Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms, and is offered at a surcharge in the lobby. Some guests however found the Wi-Fi to be expensive and the service unreliable.

Some guests commented that there is often a party atmosphere at the resort and that it can get loud with music playing in the early morning as well as the evening activities and music by the pool.

Some guests felt that the premises shows signs of age and wear, and would benefit from some renovations as well as new coat of paint.
