Review summary
Summarized by AI from 700+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile urban hub, ideal for sightseers and couples seeking a central and engaging stay. Its excellent location in the heart of the city, steps from the ADO terminal and a short walk to the historic center, makes exploring effortless. The property features a beautiful fountain area, and guests consistently praise the reception team's kindness and attentiveness during check-in. For a more comfortable experience, consider requesting a renovated room, as some accommodations are noted as dated with old, hard mattresses and occasional musty odors.
