Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
The hotel is frequently highlighted for its friendly and accommodating staff, who strive to assist guests and often receive praise for their helpfulness, making it a potential choice for budget-conscious travelers or those passing through for a quick overnight stay. While some guests appreciate the efforts towards renovated rooms and find the beds comfortable, there are widespread reports of significant inconsistencies in cleanliness and the functionality of in-room amenities such as air conditioning and basic repairs. The breakfast often receives criticism for its limited selection and quality. To enhance your experience, it is strongly recommended to confirm room readiness and specific amenity functionality upon arrival, and to manage expectations regarding the consistency of room quality and breakfast offerings.
