Staffs here were lovely and accommodating according to previous guests. They were all happy, friendly and were always willing to go out of their way. Moreover, they never ceased to greet every guests good morning or good evening with a smile.
The property's location is favoured by guests because it is in the middle of everything in Kuta but is at a very quiet spot. Furthermore, it is away from the traffic, yet, just within a walking distance to the beach, shopping areas, and restaurants.
Previous guests were delighted with the large, clean, and fascinating swimming pool on-site. What they loved more was the access to the pool straight from the bedrooms. It was ideal for family bonding with kids since the ambiance was good and the area was tranquil.
The toilet was not in its tiptop shape which disappointed previous guests. The whole bathroom area needed to be expanded because both the toilet and shower area were tad small that there's no enough space to move and guests could not sit straight on the toilet.
Wi-Fi access was unreliable throughout the property according to many guests. There were many Internet points but access was flaky despite having strong signal. Moreover, inside the rooms, Wi-Fi was more irritating because there was no access at all.
Many guests said that the breakfast served daily could be better, as the food was not freshly prepared and not well presented. They expressed it was boring and the same each day. More choices for continental buffet should be served and service can be enhanced. Furthermore, guests had to repeatedly ask for condiments before it was given to them.
