Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
This hotel is widely celebrated for its impressive spa facilities, which many guests describe as a true highlight, offering a serene escape. Its central location also makes it a convenient choice for exploring the area. The hotel caters well to a diverse range of guests, including couples seeking a relaxing getaway, families looking for engaging activities, and business travelers attending conferences. While the spa and location receive consistent praise, feedback on room quality and dining experiences is more varied. To ensure the best experience, guests are advised to inquire about newly renovated rooms and consider dining options outside the hotel for dinner, as food quality can be inconsistent.
