Modica Boutique Hotel is a brand new concept hotel located in Modica. Sited few kilometres away from the city centre, the hotel extends for 5 floors and its rooms are sorted into Suite, junior Suite, Deluxe, Superior and Standard. It boasts of having a little but comfortable spa, a gym, a meeting room for 30 people, a bistrot restaurant, a bar, an outdoor pool that is warmed up during winter and an underground parking lot with more than 40 parking spaces.
