The main - and sometimes the only - highlight of this motel is the location of the property. Guests have found the setting convenient and often comment that they were able to walk to shopping and dining options in the area. The motel is ideally situated for anyone looking for a stopover between Sydney and Brisbane.
While there appear to be a fair number of problems at this motel, guests do tend to describe the rates as reasonable for the Port Macquarie area.
So far, no recent positive opinion has been expressed by guests about this hotel.
Guests haven't been impressed by the standard of the rooms here. While some did find the accommodation clean, others did not. Aside from cleanliness or lack thereof, guests have reported that the rooms are dated and poorly maintained. Plus, both internal and external soundproofing could seemingly be improved.
Reviews indicate that although the parking here is free, finding a space may prove impossible. If you do find a space, you'll likely find it tight and difficult to navigate into too. Also, the Wi-Fi situation is disappointing - guests report that the free Wi-Fi is very limited and offers an unstable connection.
Far too many guests report that they encountered issues with the owners here for it to be put down as someone having a bad day. Guests have found the owners rude, surly, and unaccommodating - sometimes so much so that they have chosen to leave the property earlier than planned.
