A central, family-focused base with significant maintenance concerns.

This hotel serves families and sightseers seeking a central home base for exploring local attractions. The prime location along the Pigeon Forge parkway is paired with indoor and outdoor swimming pools that feature popular water slides. While the property offers a convenient starting point for area sightseeing, guests should be aware that the accommodations often fall short of expectations regarding cleanliness and upkeep. The lack of reliable dining provisions remains a notable frustration for those expecting a standard morning meal during their stay.
