Review summary

Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews

The hotel's most notable feature is its extreme proximity to the airport, making it an ideal choice for transit passengers, business travelers, and overnight guests seeking convenience before or after flights. While many guests commend the friendly and helpful staff who often go out of their way to assist, the property itself is frequently described as dated and in need of significant upgrades. Recurring issues include concerns about cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms and on carpets, and a general sense of the facilities being run down. Guests often report problems with room comfort, such as hard beds, inconsistent air conditioning, and issues with water quality. Despite these drawbacks, its location remains a primary draw for those prioritizing airport access. For a more comfortable stay, it is advisable to manage expectations regarding the hotel's condition and to confirm specific room amenities upon arrival.
