About Awaroa Lodge

Awaroa Lodge is located in the Abel Tasman National Park, New Zealand’s smallest and most visited National Park at the top of the south island. Surrounded by pristine waterways and native forest, the Lodge has been constructed to make the most of its secluded location. Choose from charming Standard or Family rooms or the architecturally designed Superior Suites built over the wetlands. The main lodge is warm, inviting and full of character with a comfy lounge, library, bar, restaurant and outdoor pizzeria which is open to day visitors, many of whom are walking the famous coastal track. Enjoy a guided walk or kayak with one of our partner operators, relax on the famous Awaroa beach or take a walk through our grounds and surrounds. Awaroa Lodge is a TV and cellphone free environment although we do have WiFi.
