The hotel is across from the beach and each balcony facing the water enjoys uninterrupted views of the ocean, which many previous guests mentioned as the highlight of their stay in their reviews.

A number of guests travelling with their children commented that the hotel was great for families with enough amenity to entertain the kids for hours. The pool area rated particularly highly with many guests commenting that it was clean and well maintained.

Those guests who like to get in a bit of shopping commented that the hotel was an easy walk to the shops on Cavill Avenue and the shopping village at Pacific Fair.  There are also a load of restaurants and bars close by which for the adult visitors was a highlight.

Air conditioning is not standard throughout the hotel as many of the units are privately owned and there is no standard installation. Many guests on check-in were horrified by the fact that there was no air-conditioning and commented that the flimsy fans provided did not cool the unit at all.

Guests felt that the rooms and apartments were very dated and that the furniture which was falling apart was unacceptable. Many commented that the outdoor furniture which was coroded and foul need urgent replacement.

Guests complained in their reviews about the state of the property with many saying that the stained carpets, filthy kitchens, dirty dishes and mouldy shower recesses were not acceptable -especially for the premium price paid for their holiday.
