Review summary

Summarized by AI from 30+ reviews

The hotel stands out primarily for its pet-friendly policy, making it a unique and often necessary choice for pet owners traveling with their companions. Many guests appreciate the spacious rooms and the apartment-style living, which is particularly suitable for families seeking longer stays or short-term visitors needing more space. While some guests found the property comfortable and well-maintained, a significant number reported issues with the building's age and overall cleanliness. Staff interactions also received mixed reviews, with some praising their helpfulness and others noting professionalism concerns. To ensure a smoother experience, guests should confirm the cleaning schedule upon arrival and be prepared for potential daily pet fees, as these are frequently mentioned. It is also advisable to inquire about room locations to mitigate potential noise disturbances from nearby areas.
