Previous guests rated the property's location highly! The renowned Brisbane's south bank recreational area and the Cultural Centre is only a ten-minute walk away via the Victoria Bridge. The Roma Train Station and the St George Square train and bus station are also well within walking distance.

Guests can't stop praising the professionalism and the friendliness of the staff members. They stated that they never felt being an outsider inside the hotel. They were treated as a family, and they have observed that the staff members always went out of their way to please the guests.

Many chose this property basically because it's one of the most affordable in town. Brisbane can be a pretty expensive city to stay at, and previous guests were more than grateful to find a cheap accommodation at the heart of the area.

Guests were quite disappointed after entering their rooms and finding out that some of the basic appliances were not included. In some rooms, there were no coffee makers, no kitchenette, and no safe. Some even said there were no kitchen utensils and had to request them at the front desk.

Many of the previous guests were annoyed that the bathroom was so small. They even compared the bathroom to a cupboard. The small space made it difficult for them to use the toilet. Others also complained about the leaking of the faucets and other bathroom fixtures.
