Review summary

Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews

This establishment's primary appeal lies in its central location, offering convenient access to the city's metro system and various attractions, making it a suitable choice for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize accessibility. However, guests should be aware that the building lacks an elevator, requiring ascent via multiple flights of stairs, which may pose a challenge for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Recurring themes in guest feedback highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including reports of bed bugs and unpleasant odors, alongside pervasive noise due to thin walls. The interaction with the host is also a frequent point of contention, with many describing it as unhelpful or even rude. This accommodation is best suited for adventurous travelers who are prepared for a very basic stay and are willing to overlook considerable comfort and service deficiencies in favor of a prime city spot. To ensure a smoother experience, guests are advised to confirm check-in procedures well in advance and be ready for a physically demanding arrival.
