Review summary

Summarized by AI from 70+ reviews

This hotel is a tranquil, authentic retreat ideal for winter sports enthusiasts and those seeking a peaceful atmosphere. Its prime location directly across from the Tashiro gondola offers unparalleled access to the slopes of Mt. Naeba. The dedicated drying room and comprehensive ski and snowboarding services cater perfectly to active guests. Guests consistently praise the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and the on-site cafe, Route 17, receives high commendation for its delicious and diverse menu, especially the miso ginger pork and bento boxes. For a quieter stay, guests might consider requesting a room that faces away from potential creaking from two-tiered beds.
