Hotel Coral Lagoon Fiji Resort (Korolevu, Fiji)

Coral Lagoon Resort may be an older property but it is well-maintained to be clean and beautiful while keeping it's unique character.  Guests reported that the atmosphere around the property is light and positive and public spaces are bright and inviting.  The property is away from the tourist crowds so it's very private and there are many places to relax.

A wonderful breakfast featuring fresh, delicious and well-prepared items is served each morning and guests reported that it makes for the perfect start of a long day of exploring and touring the area.

The views around this resort and magnificent and feature views of the ocean and white, sandy beach.  The sunsets are magnificent too and can be enjoyed from a number of places around the property.

The guest rooms at Coral Lagoon Resort have a number of issues including uncomfortable beds, leaky bathtubs, a shortage of hot water, holes in walls and doors, tired decor and furnishings, a strange smell, mould in the bathroom and air conditioning that doesn't work.

Guests reported that this peaceful resort transforms into a giant party after dark and it's centered in the nightclub but also spills into other areas including the beach.  The noise level is high and yelling and loud music can be heard in the rooms and this continues until at least 3AM.  Guests also reported that after these parties, the nearby beach is full of empty beer and wine bottles.

Some guests reported not feeling safe at this resort as there seems to a lack of security.  There is no fencing around the property and the doors are wide open so anyone off the street can enter as no one is watching.
