The hotel is centrally located and you'll find a choice of restaurants within easy walking distance. Both Shinjuku Station and the Takashimaya department store are a ten-minute walk away. Attractions such as the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and the Japan Sword Museum can be reached within 15-minutes' walk. Within 15-minutes' you can also drive to sites such as the Imperial Palace, the Nezu Art Museum and Yoyogi Park.

Guests reported that the rooms are generously sized for the standard you can generally expect in Japan. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and furnished with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are modern and include the convenience of complimentary toiletries. Though centrally located, the hotel is set in a quiet street which provides for a peaceful environment.

The staff have been described as friendly, professional, polite and helpful as well as having excellent English language skills. You can expect the staff to answer any questions you have and to provide assistance with directions for getting around the city.

Some guests complained about the size of the rooms offered, expressing that they were small, cramped and do not comfortably fit two people plus luggage.

Despite the majority of positive reviews, several guests were disappointed in the decor, reporting that the furnishings were old and dated.
