Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
A central city base with significant operational challenges.
This property serves sightseers seeking a central home base, though it struggles to meet basic hospitality standards. A strategic location near the Petronas Twin Towers pairs with on-site facilities that are unfortunately limited or non-functional for most guests. While some units offer spacious layouts, the overall stay is frequently marred by a frustrating service experience and poor maintenance; travelers should prioritize booking units with verified, working appliances to mitigate these common issues.
Some guests mentioned: complex check-in, cleanliness concerns, unresponsive staff.
