Due to its location in the foothills, the area around this hotel is very quiet and seemingly remote. However, the opposite is true as the centre of town with all its attractions and services is only a ten-minute drive away.

Guests reported feeling unwelcome at this hotel due to staff who, from the time of arrival to the time of departure, were rude and unfriendly. They don't acknowledge guests at check-in except to just tell them what room they are in and they are unhelpful
