Eastlands Shopping Centre was opened in 1965. With over 100 stores and over 1,445 free car parking spaces, Eastlands is the largest Shopping Centre in Tasmania. This iconic Shopping Centre is suitably situated on the Eastern Shore of Hobart, only an 8-minute drive from the Hobart CBD and has two levels, which are fully enclosed, air conditioned and is located in the suburb of Rosny Park. The centre is home to over 100 stores including Big W, Coles, Kmart, Woolworths, JB Hifi, The Reject Shop, Rebel Sport and Village Cinemas. Over the years the centre has had developments including a $15 million major expansion of the Coles and Woolworths Supermarkets and a total refurbishment of the malls with a Village Cinemas and Entertainment Complex being added.
