Review summary
Summarized by AI from 70+ reviews
This hotel's primary appeal lies in its central location on a pedestrian street, making it highly convenient for exploring the city center on foot. While its affordability is noted by some, guests frequently highlight significant issues with noise levels from the street, particularly at night, and the overall condition and cleanliness of the rooms. The staff receive mixed reviews, with some finding them welcoming and helpful, while others report unresponsiveness or rudeness. This hotel might suit budget travelers or short-stay visitors who prioritize a downtown location above all else and are prepared for a very basic and potentially challenging experience. It is less suited for families or couples seeking comfort and tranquility. Guests are strongly advised to bring earplugs and manage their expectations regarding room amenities and maintenance.
