Review summary

Summarized by AI from 300+ reviews

This hotel is best suited for sightseers and budget travelers seeking a central and accessible base in Rome. The property boasts an exceptional location in the heart of Rome, with the Vatican City and Vatican Museum within easy walking distance, and excellent public transport links via nearby metro stations like Cipro. While the facilities and rooms generally receive negative feedback for cleanliness and maintenance, the comfortable mattresses are occasionally noted. Guests consistently report highly unsatisfactory interactions with the staff, often describing them as rude and unprofessional, and the breakfast is minimal, typically a voucher for coffee and a croissant at a nearby café. For a potentially quieter stay, guests might consider requesting a room that faces away from the street.
