      Review summary

Summarized by AI from 400+ reviews

The hotel offers a convenient base for exploring Niagara Falls, with its prime location just a short walk from the Fallsview Casino and the incline railway to the Falls. Its signature feature is its direct accessibility to major attractions, making it an excellent choice for sightseers, concert-goers, and families looking to maximize their time exploring the area. Guests frequently highlight the hotel's general cleanliness and the value provided by the included breakfast. While the staff receives mixed reviews, many guests find them friendly and helpful. However, a recurring point of concern is the parking fee, which is often perceived as high and not clearly communicated upfront. To enhance your stay, it is advisable to inquire about parking costs in advance and plan to visit the breakfast area early to avoid peak crowds and ensure a more relaxed start to your day.
