Most guests described the rooms as being spacious and well-appointed with modern decor, making for a pleasant stay.

There was plenty of praise for the beds, which many guests found to be extremely comfortable at this hotel.

Positioned opposite Sydney International Airport, reviewers generally found the location to be a convenient stepping stone for onward travel. Guests also liked the provision of a free shuttle bus to the airport; alternatively guests can walk a short distance to reach the international terminal. It's a five-minute walk to the station for trains to central Sydney or a 20-minute drive to Sydney Opera House, which some guests felt made it a convenient base for longer stays in Sydney.

On arrival to their rooms a few visitors spotted little things missed by the housekeeping service, which didn't make for the best first impression. However, most visitors felt the standard of housekeeping was more than adequate during their stay.

A few guests with rooms near the elevators claimed they were kept awake at night by the noise it made. So if you're a light sleeper you might prefer a room further away from the elevator. However, on the whole guests whose rooms had airport views didn't report noise issues due to the double-glazed windows.

A few visitors were peeved to discover that on arrival special requirements requested with their bookings weren't always honored. These included discovering twin beds in the room when a double had been requested or guests asking for quiet rooms finding they were in fact staying close to the elevators. Staff managed to resolve most of these issues, however.
