    The hotel is close to attractions such as the Bourke Street Mall and Etihad Stadium. Most guests thought they got good value for their money as everything you need is within a reasonable distance. At the heart of Melbourne CBD, there are plenty of places of interest nearby to suit a variety of tastes.

    The two onsite restaurants are very good. They serve diverse and plentiful dishes. Those that run out are quickly replenished with a fresh batch from the respective kitchens. The wait team is very polite, gentle and professional as they move quick to assist you.

    Rooms lack light and difficult to navigate

    Quite a few guests were unhappy with the amount of light their rooms received. Those affected found their rooms' natural light to be very limited and this made the interior to appear gloomy. Some guests found the rooms to be hard to manoeuvre in as the stairs were steep.

    A number of guests complained about the hassle they go through when using the stairs. This was due to some of the rooms lacking direct access to elevators. This was rather tiresome especially if you have luggage to carry.
