You are right by the riverside at this hotel and couldn't be in a better spot for a bit of sightseeing. The Victoria Gardens are nearby while there are plenty of things to do in the area such as the gallery and the many many restaurants.
The staff at this hotel provide top class service at all times. They certainly offer the five-star treatment that you are paying for especially when it comes to room service. Everything arrives hot and on time, and they will even bring it out to the balcony for you.
You can enjoy a decent breakfast from the buffet, and lunch and dinner are also pretty good quality with plenty of options. Many guests hadn't planned to dine in the hotel but were surprised by the dishes on offer and decided to dine in rather than head to one of the local restaurants.
The rooms at this hotel aren't as great as they appear to be on the website. Guests are left disappointed and feel that they are overpaying for dated amenities, some of which don't work correctly. For this reason, they would not return.
