Hill ‘n’ Dale Farm Cottages is set on 54 acres of native farmland bush. We are nestled in the hills of Don Valley, about 1.5 hours from Melbourne, 20 minutes from Healesville Sanctuary, and right on the doorstep of the Yarra Valley winery region. We are also a short trip from neighbouring areas of Marysville, King Lake, Dandenongs, Warragul and Baw Baw. Our beautiful property is forested with stringy bark eucalyptus trees, mountain ash trees and tree ferns. The natural environment attracts an abundance of Australian wildlife including wombats, wallabies, kangaroos, king parrots, and lyrebirds. You can also see wild deer, foxes and bats scurrying about. We enjoy fresh mountain spring water and clean country air. We are a working farm with over 600 organic hazelnut trees, half a dozen chestnut trees, various kitchen garden veggie patches, and a menagerie of rotating farm animals. Our 1 & 2 bedroom cottages are nestled privately among tree ferns in native bush land. We take pride in our cottages and ensure they are equipped with everything you need for the perfect relaxing getaway.
