Many guests decide to treat themselves with the hotel’s sumptuous high tea, available on weekend afternoons. Adelaide’s North Terrace, home of the city’s best restaurants, wine bars and cultural attractions, is just one block to the north. Those attending matches and events at the Adelaide Oval will find it just 0.7 miles away.
One of the first things many guests mentioned in their reviews was that the hotel's staff were absolutely top notch. It was not simply a case that guests felt they went good at their job, but that they provided service that went above and beyond what is typical. e.g. Several guests were celebrating special occasions, and remarked hat the arrangements they had made with the hotel were carried out flawlessly by the staff.
Guests really couldn't imagine a better location for their stay in the city, saying that the hotel was right downtown and close to all the bars, cafes and many other attractions that had brought them to the city. They very clearly liked the convenience this entailed. Some specifically pointed out the city's North Terrace, which was said to be very nearby and a great street to explore.
Of all the dining and drinking locations at the hotel, it seems the rooftop bar was guest's favourite. Too many to mention remarked on it in their reviews, saying that it not only provided a great view, but also had a great design and atmosphere.
