Guests were really impressed by the modern decor and styling in the units which they said was very comfortable. Guests also loved that the appliances in the kitchen and living spaces were all very new and modern giving the apartment a luxurious feel.
Guests commented that the hotel is close to shops and the beaches on the Sunshine Coast and the proximity to these amenities was a highlight for most as they could park their car, leave it and walk to everything.
Guests reviewers commented that the apartments are well configured and have loads of space in the living areas and on the balcony. Guests also raved about the spectacular views from the balcony across the water to Moffat's Beach.
Reviewers had a list of complaints that could be remedied by a regular maintenance program including air conditioning not working properly and fixtures and fittings such as door locks and window locks not working, which if fixed would have made for a perfect stay.
Guests were left little confused by the kitchen cutlery and dinner wear in some of the apartments as the pieces did not match and had clearly not been upgraded for some time. Guests commented that the overused utensils could be replaced.
Guests who wanted piece and quiet during their stay were disappointed that their units happened to be by the pool, which was very noisy largely due to the volume of kids screaming and carrying on.
