The state of the rooms was satisfying to guests. All the rooms were carefully decorated and large enough to happily house a family. The interior work blends in well with the theme of the hotel. Guests can also enjoy the views of the Adelaide Hills in the comfort of the rooms.

The hotel provides ample parking to its guests. In addition, the onsite free self parking is also a plus. This is very suitable as the spaces are many and well secured. While at the hotel guest don’t have to worry about their cars.

Housekeeping was quite unsatisfactory
A number of guests felt that rooms’cleanliness was not great especially in the balconies. Some have been found unclean on several occasions by guests who had just checked in. Food scraps and bird droppings were a common feature in most balconies. Guests felt that housekeeping was irregular and at times neglected the balconies.

Guests were not pleased with the hotel’s breakfast menu. Most felt that the same meal was served every other day thus becoming monotonous.

Poor sound padding in the rooms
Guests could not hide their disappointment as they were continuously disturbed by noise from rowdy people and constant loud chats from neighbouring rooms. They felt that this was due to the soundproofing not being adequate enough.
